Cooking
Take a high quality oil from Ekomilk 82,5% and 50 gr. sugar, whisk, add the flour with the baking powder and grind into crumbs.
Plum wash, cut in half and remove the stone.
Half of the dough pour in the form.
Whisk the cottage cheese, 50 gr. sugar, eggs. Pour over the dough. Put on the curd plums and add remaining batter.
Put the tart in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
When the top is Golden, take out from the oven, allow to cool in pan and bring to the table.
