  • Sour cream

  • Starch

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cranberries

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Oat flakes

  • Cinnamon

Flour and nuts mix well.

Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and butter. To smash into crumbs. Add the yolk.

Knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Form 26cm. lubricated with oil. Spread the batter, forming very high sides. Slightly dampen hands with water. The dough is often pierced with a fork.

Cover the dough with a baking paper. On paper put the beans, creating the goods. Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 15 minutes. Remove the paper and leave the crust to cool.

Separate the yolks from the whites. With a mixer beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the vanilla extract, cottage cheese and sour cream. Mixem.

In a separate bowl combine the cornstarch and water. Mix well. Add to the cheese-egg mixture.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites. To add to the stuffing and stir with a spatula.

Spread the filling into the cooled case. Flatten.

Apples cleaned and cut into pieces.

In a separate bowl, mix the sliced apples, cranberries, cereal and nuts. Mix well.

Spread fruit mixture on the curd. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 50 minutes.
