Pumps with Turkey and apricots
This is a quick and healthy option, the summer food. Poultry meat for grilling or oven-cooked portion that does not require marinating. Quick, juicy and very tasty dish in 20 minutes! Apricots give richness, and thanks to the gas station become "eateries" option that complements the meat.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    500 g

  • Apricot

    300 g

  • Shallots

    3 piece

  • Sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1.5 tsp

The Turkey breast wash, dry with paper towels. Portions cut pieces - diced size 3*3 or 4*4, see shallot (other sweet variety onion) peeled, cut into slices. Apricots wash, cut into halves, remove pits.
