Creamy roast with hearts and mushrooms
Turned out very tender and tasty roast.

Ingredients

  • The pie

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

Cooking

A bit of fry the hearts and put them in the pot.

Potatoes cut into small cubes and in a pot.

Lightly fry the carrots and onions.

Fry the mushrooms in the pots.

Prepare sauce: milk boil, pour in the starch (diluted with a small amount of milk). Fill our pots.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and into the oven for 40 minutes at 200 gr. Bon appetit!!!
