A La carte mackerel baked in foil
Fans of fish! I think the fish cooked according to this recipe, you'll have to taste!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

  • Onion

  • Tomato

  • Dutch cheese

  • Black olives

  • Spices

  • Mustard

The carcass of the mackerel to be divided into two portions. Sprinkle spices.

Onions cut into half rings and mix with mustard.

On the foil (the size of the foil such that it was possible to make the bag with an air gap) spread the onion. On a bed of onions on top of mackerel.

Top just cover the carcass with mayonnaise, lay out the tomatoes in half rings, cheese, worn on a fine grater, olives slices.

Foil close to the air gap. Try to close the foil so that it touched the fish and cheese. Send in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes (medium fire).
