RUB the flour with melted butter or margarine. Should get a small crumb. Add a spoonful of baking soda, mix well. Cheese RUB on a grater, add the egg. All carefully knead. The resulting dough is put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. After the time to get the dough, roll out the layer, with a thickness of 0.5, see Cut circles, I did a mug.
