Dear cooks, in a rich Treasury of Apple pies I want to add another prescription. Apples in the cheesecake filling is always delicious, but this cake I particularly draw your attention to the dough, it is just wonderful - soft, tender, delicious and, importantly, does not contain sugar. Instead of apples you can use almost any fruits and berries!

I had these little sweet apples, so the pie they left quite a lot. I used a glass of 250 ml and a baking dish with a diameter of 27 cm.
To the flour add the oil and grind it into crumbs. The yeast and the pinch of salt pour in the cream, mix well. Sour cream add to flour crumbs, knead the dough. If necessary, add a little flour.
Wrap the dough in clingfilm and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
With half of the lemon to remove the zest. Apples cut in half, if the apples are large, then into quarters, remove the core with seeds and cover the apples with cold water, into which squeeze the juice of half a lemon, from which we removed the peel. Cranberries or raisins pour boiling water for five minutes, then discard in a sieve.
Mix cottage cheese with eggs, add half a pack of vanilla pudding, sugar to taste, cranberries and zest, mix well.
The form to lay baking paper. Will share the idea as easily put the paper into a round shape, maybe useful to someone. At first I sheet of paper put on the bottom of the cake form and fix side, as if for cake. In a few minutes removed. The paper takes the form of plates with a clear bottom. This list easily fit into the form for open pies.
The dough, remove from refrigerator, roll out on the bottom of the form, making bumpers. Even easier to roll the dough directly on the paper, put the paper into shape and remove edges. At the bottom make frequent punctures with a fork.
For the dough pour the filling. With a sharp knife to make cuts in the apples, not reaching the end.
Apples spread out on top of the pie, slightly pushing them into the cheese, optional sprinkle with cinnamon. Cake bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
The finished cake to cool in the form, you can then remove it from the mold and serve.
