Very tender dough for pies

Here is the recipe of dough, filling in the ingredients is not included. I I made the dough in the bread maker. Add yeast in warm water (40C) and let stand for 10-15 minutes until the foam "cap".
Separately with a mixer (on medium speed) beat the sugar and eggs.
Add the sour cream. Mix well.
Then in the foam "cap" add the beaten egg mixture.
Add the flour.
In the mode "the dough" knead our dough.
Let the dough stand in a warm place for 50-60 minutes. The dough should increase in volume.
Stuffing can take any what You prefer. Fit and sweet, and not sweet. You can just bake cinnamon rolls. I had two fillings: stewed cabbage and rice with egg and green onions.
The dough is our perfect fit. Molding the cakes. With rice and egg, I baked it in the oven. Before you send in the oven is sure to stand the cakes for about 10-15 minutes, so they increased in volume. Then gently grease with a yolk and sent in a preheated 200C oven for 15-20 min (watch on your oven). Once well browned, can be removed.
