Simple cupcake with red currants
Very easy to prepare cake. The crumb turns out tender, reasonably moist and flavorful, interspersed with krasnoslavovich of CISLink)

Ingredients

  • Red currants

    250 g

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Sugar

    190 g

  • Milk

    170 ml

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

Products must be room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, the egg+sugar+vanilla sugar= mix with a mixer for 5 minutes.
