For the preparation of homemade natural yogurt, I used a wonderful bacterial ferment from the company Orsik and yogurt maker-thermos Oursson. In the container for cooking pour the bacterial starter cultures sachet and pour the milk room temperature. Close the lid and shake well for 3 minutes. Then I use the thermos to pour boiling water to the mark and put the container with the mixture. Cover with a lid and put into heat for 6-10 hours. After a time, you can enjoy the wonderful taste of homemade natural yogurt from the company Orsik.

Next, prepare the dough for the pie. In the pan combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat with a mixer.

Continue to add natural and homemade yogurt from the company Orsik and vegetable oil. Beat with a mixer.

Then add the semolina, flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly and put aside for 30 minutes for swelling monkey.

Quince wash, remove the core and grate on a coarse grater with peel. Add to dough, mix thoroughly and pour into a greased form (I have 30*20 cm).
