Description

Grain drying
The taste is drying out as plain white bread, but more sweet and crunchy.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl, mix the sugar, yeast and 50 ml. of fairly warm water. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes in a warm place. Should be yeast Warbler.

Pour the remaining water, sift the flour with salt and add the vegetable oil (1.5 tbsp).

Knead the dough.

The dough cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour in a warm place to increase in volume.

After an hour knead the dough and cut it into small pieces.

From each piece roll into a sausage.

The ends of the sausages to connect and shift drying on the baking tray lined with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil (1 tbsp).

With a silicone brush drying brush with water and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Leave for 20-25 minutes in a warm place. Then bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, 10 minutes, to light it will turn brown.
