Cooking
Oh, the usual lasagna, You say, there's no surprise. I thought so too until you have carefully read this recipe in the book my beloved Oliver, I slightly adapted it for the competition, adding the crab sticks, but otherwise almost completely original recipe. For starters, garlic and leeks, coarsely cut.
In a pan, saute onion, garlic and spinach. Add white wine and cook until wine has evaporated completely.
Put in a blender the ricotta, crab sticks A'more and spinach with onions and garlic.
Whisk everything until smooth. In the original recipe instead of the crab sticks were used peeled shrimp.
Prepare the sauce - in a pan put oil, wait until it begins to bubble, then add the flour, stir.
Add milk, reduce heat and stir until then, until the sauce is smooth.
In the normal version of lasagna is a classic Bechamel (milk, flour and butter), Oliver offers to connect the spinach-crab weight and Bechamel.
For the filling you will also need unfrozen seafood - mussels, shrimp and a little crab couples. Packing A sea divided into 2 half, the spinach sauce I used 8 pieces, and 4 more left for the filling.
Cook sheets of lasagna. To do this, dip them in boiling salted water so that the layers do not stick together among themselves, you can drop olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, in a heat resisting form lay boiled sheets of lasagna. If You are not sure about form, you are pre-lubricated.
Spread half of the sauce and top the salmon, seafood and crab sticks.
Close 3 layers of lasagna, spread the sauce and sprinkle all of the cheese.
Send the lasagna for 25 minutes in the oven. You're done! Beautiful, fragrant and tasty dish!
