This cake was done on the 31st for new year's table. I'm not fond of mastic jewelry. And time to cook was not. Doing like this, what more I like and quick to do.

Strawberry syrup

Sponge cake cut into three parts. The first part spread with jam and cottage cheese.
On the first part to put a second and do the same thing with the first one.
On the second to put the third part. To impregnate with syrup and cover "Philadelphia". Sides of cake to cover with chocolate Philadelphia.
For decoration take protein frosting, sugar roses and leaves.
The edges of the cake decorate with green icing. In the center put the roses.
The finished cake put into the refrigerator for impregnation.
The cake on the second day.
