In warm milk add salt, sugar, oil, vanilla and yeast. Mix well. Pour the flour and knead the dough.
Leave the dough in a warm place until it increases in volume by 2 times. The dough is manageable, soft and does not stick to hands.
Spread the dough into balls slightly larger than patties. Each ball roll out into an oval and fold it in half.
