Cooking
For fruit jelly. Cranberry sauce Darbo Porirua in a blender.
Pomegranate juice mixed with a Cup of sugar.
Mix cranberry puree with juice and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes on low heat. After the filter and put again on a low heat.
Starch dissolve in the water. And pour it slowly into the boiling fruit decoction, stirring constantly. Bring jelly to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
100 ml milk, dissolve 2 tablespoons of starch. And 300 ml milk put the vanilla pod and half a Cup of sugar, put on a small fire. Bring to a boil, remove the vanilla pod and slowly pour in the milk-starch mixture, stirring constantly. Cook until thick but do not boil.
In portion cups, pour some of the fruit jelly and decently, on a frozen layer pour in the milk and again allow it to cool. Repeat this a couple more times. I did 4 layers. Before serving, garnish according to your wish.
