Mini casserole with wild rice and vegetables
Offer the option of colorful casseroles in my performance. The combination of wild rice and bright vegetables causes delight and admiration! Vegetables can be always in different combination (zucchini, eggplant, peppers, carrots...), and bake each time to play with new colors!

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    120 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Carrots

  • Pepper

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

  • Curry

  • Pepper white

Cooking
