Jigar SAI (fried liver)
Liver cooked in Oriental traditions

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    7 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sesame

Liver wash, cut, remove all the bile ducts.

Onion peel, cut into half rings.

Tomatoes to release from the seeds and liquid, cut into cubes.

Green onions cut diagonally.

In a pan heat the oil, put the liver, pre-dried in a paper towel. On strong fire fry for about 5 minutes. Then add onion, fry 5 minutes. After that add chopped tomato and green onions. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, add the soy sauce. Mix well, heat. The dish is ready.
