Found it on the Internet for several recipes of this Spanish casserole. All versions were different, but I put together especially any ideas. It turned out incredibly delicious. I will not say that he observed all the nuances of Spanish food, since are not a good expert on it, so do not judge strictly and get. It is a good Breakfast in the day!

Cooking
First prepare all the vegetables. Onions cut into cubes or half-rings, pepper strips.
Garlic finely chop with a knife. Tomatoes cut crosswise, pour boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Remove the skin. Chili pepper cut into strips. If you do not want sharp or cook for children, do not add chili.
Potatoes in different recipes were offered to cut in different ways: sticks, plates, cubes. I chose a straw.

In another it was proposed to turn with the help of the cover. I have used for this purpose a plate. Good burn our Spanish casserole with a spatula, covered the dish, turned and gently brought back into the pan.
Removed from the pan just the same with a plate. Of course, to cook this dish a "whole", had to make some effort. But it's worth it!
