Ingredients

For the preparation of our smoothies, the fruit should be peeled and cut into pieces, it is desirable that they were chilled. For the first two options we will use coconut water. It is almost impossible in our countries, at home, I substituted with plain water. A couple of times I found her in Tetra Pak cartons, it is quite good quality, so if you're lucky enough to find it, buy it reasonable price and it is very useful.
