Beef braised in red wine
The meat is very tender, sauce with a pleasant acidity... One of the favorite dishes of my husband. I originally published the recipe in the diaries, where I was advised to walk on the main. Really, what am I? Because the dish is very tasty and not at all troublesome, Express a sort of beef Burgundy.

Ingredients

  • Spices

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    2 tsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dry red wine

    250 ml

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Beef cut into pieces of 2x2 cm and Fry in a skillet over high heat until Golden brown.

Add 1/2 chopped onion, salt and pepper, reduce the heat to medium and fry until transparent onion.

Add the wine (it should completely cover the meat), and spices, carrots, cut into several pieces, the second half of the onion (whole), cloves of garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to almost minimum (I have 2 of division 9). Close tightly with a lid and cook for 1.5 hours.

Then the meat and broth to share. Carrots, garlic and half of the onion can be removed, we don't need them. ;)

In the same saucepan, melt the butter, fry a few minutes the flour. Add broth, cook until thick sauce at the end and add heated meat.
