Chicken roulade with spaghetti
The unusual presentation of the spaghetti with minced chicken. Very satisfying and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    1 kg

  • Spaghetti

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Spaghetti (I used spaghetti made from buckwheat and white rice) boiled in salty water, drain and season with vegetable oil.

Cut onion finely, carrot cheese to grate, dill finely chopped (I had frozen).

Minced salt, add the mixture of peppers, onions, carrots, cheese and dill. Mix well.

On plastic wrap spread the stuffing in a thickness of about 1.5 cm On the middle of the seam to spread the cooled spaghetti.

Using the cling film to connect the edges of the mince (I such was not and I replaced it with the cut package).

Put the roll seam down on a greased baking sheet (I put foil on). Top brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 30-40 mins at 180 degrees.
