Here we prepare the sauce for pasta made from carrots and cream, which will enhance the sweet taste of the orange vegetable. A worthy accompaniment to this delicate dish will be crispy bacon, rich taste and aroma.

Cooking
This pasta cooks very quickly. So all the ingredients get out of the refrigerator and other bins in advance.
For the sauce - onion finely we shall cut cubes and fry until Golden brown in 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil. Carrots cut into slices, add to the onions and heat for 3 minutes. At the same time begin to cook the pasta.
Then add to the pan with the bold cream and cook the sauce for 5-7 minutes, until soft carrots. Don't forget to salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute the milk.
At the end of cooking add parsley.
With the help of a blender blend the sauce until creamy.
Bacon fry on a dry pan until hruskoci.
Lay out the bacon on a plate to remove excess fat.
Pasta recline in a colander. Mix with a thick sauce made from carrots and cream.
