Main course ravioli easily be turned into a delicious dessert, it is necessary to make for ravioli stuffed with sweet fillings of fruit, berries or chocolate. Cooking
Flour, eggs, egg yolks, olive oil and salt to knead the dough as for dumplings. Wrap it in foil and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
While the dough "rests ", prepare the filling. Mozzarella finely chop.
Also finely chop sun-dried tomatoes.
To cheese and tomatoes add nuts. Mix well.
Roll out thinly the dough. A teaspoon to spread the filling (at a distance of 4 cm from each other). Between stuffing the dough to grease protein.
