Lamb chops in a sugar glaze
When the first time I made these chops, the flavor was such that even the neighbour came to the smell!))) Very aromatic, delicious, juicy chops. Give it a try.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Lamb

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Here are the pork chops we use.

Mix brown sugar, ginger powder, cinnamon, pepper, garlic powder and salt.

RUB the chops with two sides closed and put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Ideally, these chops are best cooked on the grill. But I unfortunately don't, so I use the grill pan. The pan is well heated, pour a little oil and fry the chops each side for about 5 minutes.

Serve with any side dish.
