Corn-lemon cookies with thyme and pepper
Cornmeal gives the cakes an interesting structure and elegant solar color. I recommend to try this cookie. Unusual, fragrant, crumbly, with a light the "slight kick" due to the pepper. By the way, pepper can be removed altogether if you wish. Will be too bad.

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

You will need leaves of fresh thyme. The second important ingredient - lemon. Lemon thoroughly wash the brush to remove the zest using a grater and squeeze the juice.
