Easter
The recipe for this festive dish passed down in our family from generation to generation. In essence, recipes for Easter a lot, but each has its own twist! Here with raisins Easter and we cook! Usually I start cooking the day before to a meal for the night was salad and cottage cheese with fluids. With a Light holiday!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    4 pack

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Cheese

    800 g

Cooking

Pre-pour the raisins with boiling water.

Mix all the ingredients. Usually mix everything by hand. Do not worry that the mixture will turn watery - so it should be.

Put the colander in the pot, so it has not failed completely, and cover with cheesecloth (4 layers will be enough).

Pour the entire mixture into the cheesecloth.

Cover the top with several layers of gauze and plate. Here is the structure I usually leave on the balcony for the night. On a plate put a bucket of water.

Remove the top layer of cheesecloth and turn the Passover on a plate. Rid of the remnants of gauze. Easter can decorate with all sorts of toppings, nuts, candies, of which there are plenty in our stores!
