Chocolate-black currant cake
We decided with baby boy to bake a cake. And since the decision was spontaneous, no special ingredients in the fridge was not, but that out of very simple set of products surpassed all my expectations. And most importantly - children happy over the decoration of the cake he worked.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Yogurt

    300 g

  • Butter

    400 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Black currants

    200 g

Cooking

Eggs, beat with sugar until fluffy mass. Add the yogurt (sour milk) and melted butter.

Add flour mixed with baking powder, vanilla sugar and cocoa, stir.

Add currants (if frozen, do not defrost), mix it with the dough.

Pour our dough in the form greased with butter (silicone can not grease) and bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 40-50min., readiness check the match.

Ready and slightly cooled cake out of the form and cut into 2 parts.

While our cakes are cooling, start making the cream. Beat butter with powdered sugar for 5-7 minutes, pour in melted on a water bath and then cooled to room temperature chocolate and beat again 3 minutes the Cream is ready.

* Brush the cakes with cream (they must be cold, I hurried and cream on top were a little wobbly) and decorate. Remove the cake in the fridge to really soak in.
