Description
These wonderful kebabs can be prepared from different vegetables which are now very much in the beds and in stores. The presence of cheese and olives gives it such poignancy that I think very few people will refuse to try them!

Cooking
1.Zucchini and eggplant cut into long thin plates (width not more than 0.4 cm)and divide them in half lengthwise. Lay on oiled baking pan, season with salt on one side (the second will colitisa on the skewer) and send in the oven in the grill mode for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Here they are out.
2.Peppers whole grilled until Golden brown, then put in the package for a few minutes to "promotely" and remove the skin. Cut into 4 strips.

4.You can now begin to assemble the kebabs. By the way, for barbecue, we will use bamboo sticks for vegetables, so they need to be soaked in water for a few minutes. So, take a slice of cheese and wrapped it with a strip of zucchini, put it on a skewer, then thread an olive, then cheese, wrapped with a strip of pepper, again, an olive and cheese wrapped with eggplant. The order of stringing can be absolutely any, on your taste.
5. I came up with these kebabs, I put them on an aluminum baking tray to grill.
6.Grease the vegetables softened butter and lightly add salt.
7.Put in oven on grill mode at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. All kebabs are ready!
