Original recipe from "the Book about tasty and healthy food" 1964 : the Chicken singe, gut and rinse. The received forcemeat to cut in the form of small cutlets and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Prepared cutlets and fry in butter on both sides on a heated pan for approximately for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned crust. After that, the pan with the chops to put for 5 minutes in the oven or cover with a lid and leave for a while on low heat. When serving the burgers ready to put on a dish and pour melted butter. For a side dish you can serve different vegetables: green peas, beans, cauliflower, pre-cooked and seasoned with butter and fried potatoes. The remaining bone chicken and giblets to use for cooking broth. One chicken weighing about 1 kg — 100 g white bread, 1/2 Cup milk, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 4--5 tablespoons of oil.
