Here and to us the spring has come and we finally opened the holiday season! Well, what's a vacation without barbecue! However, we decided to move away from their family traditions and made Uzbek kebab kiyma, however, I allowed myself to make the recipe one small addition...

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

Mix minced beef and lamb. In the resulting mince add the finely chopped onion, soy sauce, kikkoman (soy sauce - this is my humble addition to the recipe), beat the egg, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Long and carefully knead the meat. It should be juicy and soft. But in any case, not liquid, otherwise you will not be able to put it on a skewer.

The meat needs to stand in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then again knead well. It should become very plastic and easy to shape. Take in hand a bit of meat. Give the ball an oval shape or round. Zapaniruyte in flour mixture and red pepper and put on a skewer. I admit that it is not the first time I made it. Then I realized that you need to take a small amount of the stuffing and squeeze it around the skewer. The meat should literally left a trail from your fingers.

If you did everything with diligence, the stuffing will firmly stay on the skewer. Cook the skewers on the coals, slowly turning the skewer.

Ready skewers serve with raw onions cut into rings, fresh vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers.

I still managed to finished dish to cook crispy potato spirals. It turned out very tasty! And, in my opinion, beautiful!
