Lithuanian cuisine is very diverse! A very large place in it is potato dishes. Of course, nothing will compare zeppelins. I want to acquaint you with one more traditional dish from Lithuania! Simple, fast, hearty, delicious! Do not be ashamed to submit to the festive table. Once tasted, I think, will occasionally repeat.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

Potatoes clean, wash.

Lightly fry half of the bacon.
