Apfelkuchen translated from German Apple cake, whose recipe I found in LJ, and immediately wanted to bake. It's too delicious! Juicy, flavorful and so easy to prepare, this cake just won me over with its taste! Highly recommended! I say at once. I did the dough in half the norm, i.e. to the data in the recipe ingredients, added 1 /2 norm. Split it into 2 parts. One half added 650 g of apples, the second - 600 g plums, pitted. Bake in 2 identical forms 20 X24 cm

  • Leavening agent

  • Chicken egg

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    1 kg

Beat together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix the sifted flour and baking powder. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough. I did it all with a mixer. The batter is a creamy consistency.
