Hummus
Turkish peas contain many vitamins good for the brain, and indeed, it is very tasty, most importantly, not to spare spices))

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    350 g

  • Olive oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Chickpeas, cover with cold water and put in 12 hours. Then again pour cold water and put on fire. Cook until tender. Drain.

Boiled chick peas put in blender and grind until smooth. Add all the spices, mix again, and then a thin stream pour in the olive oil. A good knead. Let stand at least 1 hour. Delicious hummus with dill is obtained (but this is optional). Serve with Jewish crispy cakes (sold in store).
