Spaghetti with vegetables
Tasty and fast.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    450 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Brisket

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Boil spaghetti. Julienne cut peppers, carrots and brisket. Garlic finely chop.

In sunflower oil to fry the vegetables on high heat, stirring occasionally, about 10-15 minutes. Add the garlic and soy sauce.

All mix and fry for a few minutes.

Add spaghetti and stir.

Keep under cover for about 3-5 minutes and the dish is ready. Bon appetit!
