Vanilla cupcake with chocolate chips
It is very gentle, fluffy and delicious cupcake. Will delight all fans of homemade cakes for tea.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Vanilla essence

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    25 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    30 g

We need ingredients for baking the cake. The number of ingredients in the recipe is for a form with a hole for cakes with a diameter of 16 cm.

The oven to turn on to warm up 180 degrees. Sift flour with baking powder.

In a large bowl, combine vegetable oil and butter at room temperature. Whisk everything together with the sugar until fluffy mass.

Add the eggs one by one at room temperature and again beat well.

Add sour cream, vanilla essence and whisk everything until smooth. Carefully enter the flour with the baking powder and mix on low speed of mixer (or by hand with a spatula).

Add to the dough chocolate chips (broken into pieces of chocolate) and mix well.

Put the dough into the cake pan, previously greased with butter and bake for about 40 minutes.

To check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.

A fully cooled cupcake sprinkle (optional) icing sugar and serve!
