Cooking
Brown sugar ( I have a universal TM Mistral), beat very soft butter
Mix the eggs with the coffee essence (I have my own production http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/874 74/)
Mix the oil and egg mixture, whisk.
Sift flour and baking powder,
Add to the liquid ingredients, stir well.
Arrange in cups, filling 3/4.
Place cups in a water bath - a container of hot water and put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
After 20-25 minutes, the cups pulled from the water, turn off the heat and put them back in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare sauce: mix water and sugar, bring to a boil
Pour in the warmed cream. Thoroughly stir, let cool a bit.
Cover with the sauce completely cooled cups.
