In a bowl add warm milk (200 ml), melted butter (60 gr.), add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, add sugar (3 tablespoons).
Next, add the package of granular yeast (7 gr.), Blend until smooth.
The mixture is left for a few minutes to dissolve yeast. After some time on the surface of the mixture of a cap of small bubbles.
In the prepared mixture add 2 egg yolks, salt (1/2 tsp). The mixture again and whisk. Then add the total amount of flour (3 cups). Knead the dough. The capacity with the dough cover with a towel or cling film and put in a warm place to rise.
After the first rise punch down the dough and put to rise again. You can then begin cutting rolls.
Wipe cranberries (1 Cup) pestle through a metal sieve to remove the cover shells and the peduncle.
Next, add in mashed cranberries sugar (5 tablespoons), put on a slow fire. Cranberry puree boil until lightly thickened.
Roll the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm., add to the batter cranberry sauce, spread evenly with a spatula cooking.
Folded the dough three times.
Twist cavity in the form of spirals, to connect in a ring. New rolls put on a baking tray, covered with baking paper, put on for proofing for 20-30 minutes Longer than the buns, brush with beaten egg and send in a preheated oven for baking, bake at t180-190S. I want to note that the temperature and the cooking time everyone chooses their own, focusing on the capabilities of your oven.
The buns are cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
