Ingredients for making muffins.
Mix flour mixture:sifted flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar.
In a bowl beat soft butter with sugar,
stir in the eggs one by one
add the yogurt and whip the mass with a mixer.
To combine the flour and yoghurt mixture, mix well to avoid lumps. The dough will be like thick cream.
Turn on the oven at 180 C and prepare the muffin molds - 12 PCs If mold silicone, then grease is not necessary. The dough is spread out on 2/3 of the volume cells. To put in each cell 5-6 berries, dusted in starch and put the ramekins in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
The finished muffins to cool on the grill, cover with cranberry sauce, previously a little warmed. Or a teaspoon to make a small indentation in the muffin and fill with cranberry sauce. Muffins are ready!
