Cottage cheese fruit pie
Pies with cheese are very tasty, but I tried to make it more elegant, garnish with jelly and fruits... And that's what happened!

Ingredients

  • Crackers

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Fruit

Grind the biscuits and mix with soft butter. The resulting mass is put in a split form, to stamp, to level, for example, glass.

To prepare the filling, beat the cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, starch and vanilla.

Pour the filling into the prepared form on the basis of the breadcrumbs. Bake the cheesecake for 35-45 minutes in the oven, preheated to temperature of 180 degrees. Cool.

Decorate fruit cheesecake.

To prepare jelly cake as directed on the package.

Without removing the side forms, carefully pour the hot jelly pie. Put in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Delicious cheese flan is ready!
