Delicious peanut cookies, soft, crumbly and tender.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Grind nuts in a blender into fine crumbs.

To the flour add the very soft butter.

Add the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.

Grind the dough with your hands into crumbs.

Add the yolk and milk.

Add nuts.

Knead the soft homogeneous dough.

Molded from dough biscuits of any shape. Put on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake at 180C, for about 15-20 minutes, until light Golden brown.
