  • Puree vegetables

RUB the eggs with sugar. Add the zest, a spoonful of sour cream, 100 ml of vegetable oil without smell. Stir in pumpkin puree. Puree is better to make your own from boiled or baked pumpkin.

Separately mix flour with baking powder, soda, salt, vanilla and 1 tsp of the spice mixture. Add flour mixture to egg-pumpkin, mix well. Add the apples, cut into small cubes, and fresh cranberries. Careful not to crush the berries, mix well.
