Once in a cafe I tried a very tasty kebab and decided to recreate this dish. Since the recipe I didn't know decided to play it purely on taste, and the result I liked. Unfortunately, the opportunity to roast on the coals in the moment, but nothing in the pan is also very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1.5 tsp

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

Meat mince, onion and dill finely chop. Add the egg, salt, pepper, Khmeli-suneli (I have a natural, I put 1-1,5 teaspoon of store may need a little more, you need to look to taste). Mix well.
