This recipe is often prepared, especially for dinner. He's from one of the magazine recipes (I do not remember what, because they keep only the tenderloin), of course, with my nuances, and often helps me. Preparing simple and easy, but the effect is extraordinary:)

Cooking
Wash shrimp (thawed, if frozen) and dry. To clean, separate the head (don't throw them away!).
Zucchini wash and cut into thin plates with a special knife (for cleaning carrots or potatoes).

To prepare the marinade: mix the honey with soy sauce, grated ginger, ground black pepper and olive oil (for flavor I used the spicy oil, which insisted on different varieties of hot peppers chili, garlic and black pepper).
Place the cleaned shrimp in the marinade and leave somewhere for 10-15 minutes.
Then we grill the heads of the shrimp in the oil, slightly pressing them to let the juice. Remove the head, and the resulting oil we fry our skewers. To do this, take the plate of zucchini and lay the shrimp on it.
Then take a wooden stick (special for cooking)and Nansen on them for 4 rolls on each. Saute them in oil resulting from frying shrimp heads.
Turn it upside down. They should fry until Golden brown.
Lay them on a plate (2 per person). In the same pan pour the marinade from the shrimp and boil a bit. It should slightly thicken. Pour the resulting sauce our skewers. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
And voila!!! Ask to sample!!!!
