Moldavian layer pie with an unusual filling
"Vertuty are a national symbol of the Republic of Moldova, since ancient times, they were prepared before the weekend. Sunday the whole family gathered around a big table eating vertuty with a Cup of Moldovan wine. This recipe was passed down from generation to generation, and it is reached to our days. "

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Yeast

  • Spinach

  • Minced meat

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Sugar

  • Dutch cheese

Cooking

Onions finely cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Any stuffing (in my case it was a "sausage homemade" cooked recipe from the site), add to the onions in the pan. continue to cook over a slow fire.

Rose shiver pour in the flour, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Yoghurt planted directly in a jar of warm water, stir and pour into the bowl with the flour. Mix all with hands. The dough should be soft and not stick to hands. Knead carefully need. Cover with a cloth and put in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.

When the dough has risen (increased in volume by 3-4 times), take out from the bowl. Roll out sausage. Cut into pieces. One piece take to the work, the rest covered with a cloth, so as not zavetrilos. Roll out into a thin pellet. So roll out 4 tortillas.

Stretch the dough gently on the hands or on the table (who knows how). To stretch thinly, so shone the dough.
