Cooking
Take a sheet of puff pastry dough (I buy ready-made), cut into 4 pieces, leaving strips for the "laces"
Each square is a little roll out and lay on it a slice of mozzarella, a slice of dry-cured ham and a spoonful of cranberry jam.
Now carefully gather the edges and firmly "tie" a twisted strip of puff pastry. Semipelite the edges very carefully so the stuffing when baking it does not leak.
Lubricate the finished puffs with the beaten egg and put in heated to 180 degrees oven. Bake until Golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Here they are ready.
