Just did not expect that this set of products will give SUCH a result! First, it is non-standard, in my opinion, the approach to the preparation of sponge cake with hot water. Apparently, due to this batter while beating increased more than three times and resembled foam. Second, a banal cheese, which I do not want to have children in which they are so required, with the help of several components have turned into a tender and delicious cream. In the third, all in all spent less than an hour (along with a trip to the store for cottage cheese). In General, I'm more than happy with the result, and this roll is now in my favorites. P. S. the Author proposes to add to the cottage cheese Mascarpone cheese, I used thick cream, so decided to rename. And mascarpone make sure, but next time - I'm sure it will be just magical!

The steps of making the dough is a little beat, not looking up from the mixer, so that's all that managed to capture. Do not deviate from the description, and you'll get no worse - it's very simple. So - you have a large container for whipping, as I wrote - the mass will greatly increase in volume. Separately sift the flour, starch and baking powder. 4 eggs (take them out half an hour before cooking, so they were not very cold) beat with very hot water until, until the mixture goes large bubbles. Add the sugar and whisk another few minutes until the weight increase by 2-3 times. There flour mixture and mix on the low speed mixer or with a spoon - literally 6-7 movements with a spoon, so our foam is not settled. Turn on the oven at 180 deg. The dough spread on a greased sheet of baking paper or a silicone Mat. Lubricate it too - somehow I got the dough a little stuck. Flatten slightly into a rectangular layer and place in oven for 10-12 minutes.
And meanwhile, let's prepare the cream. If the grains cottage cheese - wipe it through a sieve, I had a soft cheese, I just whipped in a blender. Then add sour cream, whisk again and then the condensed milk, again whisking. Separately, whip the white butter, mix it to the curd and whip cream for the last time. Leave it in the fridge.
Get the pan out of the oven. Towel sprinkle with powdered sugar and roll it on the baked cake, paper (pad) remove, roll into a roll together with the towel. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Untwist and spread the cream, spreading with a knife across the surface. Twisted and in the fridge for an hour or two. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Incredibly delicious! I recommend to all! Want with mascarpone now to try. Straight from the refrigerator is not to suggest, give the roll a bit to heat up.

    Бисквит получился хороший, а вот начинка жидкая, невозможно завернуть в рулет, все вылазит и растекается. Может быть продукты не те, но по количеству ровно как в рецепте.
