Semolina meatballs with jelly
Took my husband this morning nostalgia. And I do not remember how, but we got to talking to the kindergarten supplies. And I remembered my spouse rolls of semolina Kyselka. Not a casserole, and, namely, the meatballs. And here in the afternoon lessons with a senior to do, little sleep, I went to the kitchen to try to recreate those meatballs. In the evening the husband was delighted! My little girl (the daughter) asked, gobbling up another bitecek, so I can cook him all the time! On the website counterparts, like, not found.

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Berry

    300 g

  • Water

  • Corn starch

    4 Tbsp

Cook normal porridge, just, well, very thick: pour into a saucepan the milk, bring to a boil, add salt, sugar (all to taste, because I - like semolina slightly salty, someone maybe likes sweet), pour the semolina, stirring to avoid lumps.
