Cooking
Today we will make an easy cake with peaches. We need: Parmalat Milk, wheat flour, butter, sugar, ripe peaches and cinnamon. Put the oven to warm up.
Peaches wash and dry on a towel.
Remove pits from peaches and cut into thin chips.
For the filling our pie we need to prepare the peaches and make them softer. Put the fruit in a heatproof dish, add to half of the sugar and a few tablespoons of water.
Add in the peaches a few drops Vanilli and put on a small fire. Stirring occasionally cook the fruit until soft. The resulting syrup will leak into the Cup (it won't be needed, so you can add it to tea).
Now for the test. It's very simple: milk, sugar, flour, butter. Butter, we need to melt, set on fire.
The Parmalat milk and the remaining half of the sugar mix in a deep dish and beat into a soft mousse with a whisk.
Carefully pour a thin stream the melted butter, continuing to knead. Flour and soda will proseem and gradually add to the dough. Hold down Turbo button on the blender and knead a couple of minutes the dough.
Muffin tins put some melted butter.
Prepared peaches put on the bottom of the ramekins, sprinkle a little lemon juice.
Top with a thin layer, lay out the dough, will priciple ground cinnamon. Send in the oven for 30 minutes. The peaches at the bottom when baking to be tender and sweet, and the dough is topped with crunchy cinnamon crust.
