Cooking
Potatoes boil and mash it into a puree. I have potatoes in the photo more than the ingredients - I did more curls. Generally, of course, the number of ingredients conventional.
In the original recipe, the author suggested in a puree add 1 teaspoon butter and 2 tablespoons milk. It is possible to do so. But I did a little different - cut onions in small cubes and fried in vegetable oil until transparent and light Golden brown.
Added fried onions along with oil in which he fried to mashed potatoes, added salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. All is well mixed.
The dough should be any fresh (ravioli), who as does, basically, it's water + egg + salt + flour. In this case, I had a lean version of the test - about a glass of warm water, salt, added some oil, started to interfere with a whisk, adding gradually the flour. As it thickens test was interfering with the hands. Added flour until the dough became tough, elastic, not stick to hands.
From tear off pieces of dough (fairly large) and thinly roll them on the table, sprinkled with flour. On top of the layers spread the filling evenly.
Roll cut into slices with a thickness of approximately 2 cm. Coat them in flour on the sides of the slice.
In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the curls with 2 sides until Golden brown. In the process I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to fry on low heat, covering with a lid, so the curls are well cooked through, burning and will not be hard. Laying out a portion from the pan, place it in a bowl (a bowl, a pan), laying the paper towels (or napkins) to leave the excess oil. The dishes cover. About what we do fried pies.
Serve hot with sour cream or any sauce to Your taste. In the cream, you can add pressed garlic and/or herbs. Bon appetit!
