Almond tartlets with chocolate filling
Girl Friday, ahead of the weekend, the household can treat simple dessert tartlets with chocolate filling. Tasty, not very troublesome and chocolate. Come on in, help yourself. For the recipe thank Elena Bystrov.

Prepare the ganache. Soak gelatine in cold water and dissolve in a water bath. Chocolate to break into pieces and melt in a water bath. Cream, water, glucose bring to boil. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, add gelatin, whisk with a blender.

Add the vegetable oil and whisk again. Cool and remove overnight in the refrigerator, cover the ganache with plastic wrap on contact.

Prepare the dough for the tartlets. Almond grind with 60 ml of sugar in the blender to flour. The obtained mix the almond flour with wheat flour. Whisk the eggs with 60 gr of sugar.

Dobavlaet soft butter and a pinch of salt, continue whisking. Combine the Creamed butter with the flour and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

Prepare the filling. At maximum speed mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Separately mix flour, starch and cocoa. Add in beaten eggs to dry mixture and carefully whisk. The stuffing is ready.

After an hour take the dough out of the fridge. Roll out the dough and fill the molds. Pinned the bottom with a fork. Spread in the pastry the filling. It will rise, so fill baskets only half. Bake in a preheated 170 degrees for about 15 minutes (be sure to watch your oven). The tartlets cool.

Frozen ganache to melt and cool to 37 degrees. To fill the tartlets.
